Gmail™ Cleaner is a Google Workspace™ Add-on that crawls your entire Gmail™ mailbox and builds a detailed report of every unique sender — their name, email address, how many emails they've sent you, and when. Once you have the list, you can review it at your own pace and bulk-delete senders you no longer want to hear from.
Everything runs inside your own Google account using Google Apps Script™. No data leaves your account. All results are stored in your own Google Sheets™ spreadsheet.

Install Gmail™ Cleaner from the Google Workspace™ Marketplace
Open a Google Sheets™ spreadsheet and go to Extensions → Gmail™ Cleaner → Analyze Inbox
The crawler runs silently in the background, telling you its progress, building your Senders list
Click Prepare Senders for Review to add a Delete/Keep dropdown to each row
Mark senders at your own pace — come back whenever you like
Click Process Marked Senders to trash their emails
