1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using GreatAICoding - Gmail™ Cleaner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the add-on.
2. Description of Service
GreatAICoding - Gmail™ Cleaner is a Google Workspace™ Add-on that analyses your Gmail™ mailbox to identify unique senders, and allows you to review and delete emails from senders you choose. It runs entirely within your own Google account using Google Apps Script™.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
Any emails you choose to move to Trash using GreatAICoding - Gmail™ Cleaner.
Reviewing the sender list carefully before confirming any deletions.
Understanding emails manually deleted from Trash by yourself cannot be recovered.
Ensuring you have appropriate authorisation to use this add-on within your organisation if you are using a Google Workspace™ account.
4. No Warranty
GreatAICoding - Gmail™ Cleaner is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer makes no guarantees about the accuracy of sender counts, completeness of results, or uninterrupted operation of the add-on.
5. Limitation of Liability
The developer shall not be liable for any loss of data, including emails deleted through the use of this add-on. You use Gmail™ Cleaner at your own risk. It is strongly recommended to use the "Move to Trash" option rather than "Permanently Delete" so that emails remain recoverable for 30 days.
6. Data and Privacy
GreatAICoding - Gmail™ Cleaner does not transmit, store, or share your data outside of your Google account. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Changes to the Service
The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue GreatAICoding - Gmail™ Cleaner at any time. Updated versions will be made available through the Google Workspace™ Marketplace.
8. Changes to These Terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
